Cleverly Automated ("we", "us") takes your privacy seriously. We handle personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy explains what data we collect through cleverlyautomated.com and how we use it.

What data do we collect?

Website analytics

We use the following services to understand how people use our website:

• Google Analytics 4 — collects anonymised visitor data (page views, session length, device type, country) in cookieless mode. No cookies are placed and IP addresses are anonymised. Data is processed by Google LLC (US) under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• PostHog — collects visitor data and session recordings to help us improve the experience, in cookieless mode. Data is stored on EU servers (eu.posthog.com). PostHog may record mouse movements, clicks and scroll behaviour. No cookies are placed.

Booking a call

When you book an Automation Scan through Cal.com, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Any additional details you choose to share

This data is processed by Cal.com Inc. and used to schedule and confirm your appointment.

Email contact

If you email us, we keep your name, email address and the content of your message so we can respond.

What do we use your data for?

• Improving our website and services
• Scheduling and carrying out appointments
• Responding to your questions
• Analysing website usage (anonymised)

Legal basis

We process your data based on:

• Legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR) — for website analytics and service improvement
• Performance of a contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR) — when you book an appointment
• Consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR) — where applicable

How long do we keep your data?

• Website analytics: up to 26 months
• Contact details: for the duration of the business relationship, plus 1 year
• Session recordings (PostHog): up to 90 days

Who do we share data with?

We only share your data with:

• Google LLC — website analytics (US, EU-US Data Privacy Framework)
• PostHog Inc. — website analytics and session recordings (EU servers)
• Cal.com Inc. — appointment scheduling
• Vercel Inc. — website hosting (US, EU-US Data Privacy Framework)

We never sell your data to anyone.

Cookies

Our website does not place any cookies. Google Analytics and PostHog are both configured to run in cookieless mode. No tracking files or identifiers are stored on your device.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Have your data deleted
• Restrict how we process your data
• Object to processing
• Data portability
