Academy / Track 2

Track 2 · Build your own tools · 2 days · no programming experience needed

Code is getting cheap. Knowing what to build, and what not to build, is the craft.

So the training starts with choosing which jobs deserve a tool. Then your team builds them with Claude Code.

Drill 2, AI or fixed tool? The choice the training starts with.

How the training runs.

  1. Day 1: choose first

Which job deserves a tool, which doesn't, and why. Using your own recurring work.

  2. Day 2: build

With Claude Code you build small tools for the jobs that survived day 1.

Then the practice carries on.

  1. Practise

Short drills on phone or laptop, each with a 30-second film.

  2. Instant feedback

After every answer: right or wrong, and why.

  3. Final test and results

What has stuck? The trainer sees it per participant.

Questions.

Do I need programming experience?

No. Claude Code writes the code; you learn to choose what gets built.

What do I take home?

All of the above, plus the practice platform after the training.

Do I get a certificate?

No. What counts is what your team does next.
